Windsurfing in Silvaplana

Silvaplana is one of the windiest and highest windsurfing spots in Europe. The windsurfing school is located directly on the lake, has an extensive test center with many different brands and its own store. Here you will find everything you need for your windsurfing day in Silvaplana.

From around mid-May to mid-October, wind forces of 3 to 6 Beaufort attract action-seekers to Lake Silvaplana. As a windsurfer, you'll find everything you could wish for in Silvaplana: windsurfing courses for adults and children, for beginners and advanced surfers, a wide range of test and rental equipment and a windsurfing store.

Learn to windsurf

Windsurfing Silvaplana offers windsurfing courses for beginners and advanced surfers. Children from the age of 7 can start windsurfing. The instructors show you how to do the water start and jibe and help you to improve what you have learned. Test, rent & buy windsurfing equipment

As an importer of the Point-7 brand, you have a competent partner in the Silvaplana windsurfing school. In the windsurf store you will find the right equipment - new and second-hand to rent or buy. At regular test events, you can try out the latest boards, rigs and stand-up paddles from many different brands at Windsurfing Silvaplana. You can always rely on the professional advice of Sarah Missiaen and her training team. They are all experienced, passionate windsurfers themselves and know exactly what is important in this water sport.

Please note that the lakeshore is a protected zone and only the official entry and exit points may be used. Kitesurfing is not permitted in the windsurfing training zone. The zone is marked with buoys. Thank you for your respectful cooperation.
