The municipality of Silvaplana has decided to carry out the annual lake shore cleaning in strict compliance with all federal safety and hygiene regulations. The aim of the action is to clean the shore along Lake Silvaplana of alluvial waste. The cleaning of the lake shore will start on Saturday, 2 May at 13.30 at the Surlej bridge.

In the past winter months all kinds of rubbish has been deposited on the shore along the Silvaplanersee. In order to clean these natural areas of the alluvial waste and to actively contribute to the preservation of a clean lake shore, the municipality carries out the annual lake shore cleaning on Saturday, 2 May from 13.30 hrs. The water level is currently optimal for this. Naturally, the lake shore cleaning is carried out in strict compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations of the federal government.
