Silvaplana develops 33 new measures for more sustainability

At the workshop with MyBluePlanet on November 13, employees from all areas of the municipality of Silvaplana worked together to develop 33 specific measures for a more sustainable Silvaplana.

The proposals cover key topics such as waste and the circular economy, digitalization, events, schools, gastronomy and community. The variety of ideas, from an optimized waste concept and digital information channels to swap shops, reusable solutions, improved information exchange and much more, shows the strong commitment of all those involved. In December, the measures will be reviewed and prioritized by the project management and assigned to the relevant departments for implementation.

 With these joint initiatives, Silvaplana is taking an important step towards the future. A village that conserves resources, strengthens cycles and actively involves the population and employees.
