Review - Trailrunning Days in Silvaplana

In perfect conditions, the participants explored the Engadin mountains together - from flowing trails through alpine landscapes to crisp climbs with breathtaking views. In addition to the sporting highlights, the focus was also on technique training, joint stretching sessions and lots of inspiring conversations.

Over the long Whitsun weekend, we were able to celebrate an unforgettable trail running experience in Silvaplana with around 20 enthusiastic participants. The camp was led by indurance, with the two exceptional athletes Gabriel Lombriser and Judith Wyder, who made the camp something very special with their expertise, energy and enthusiasm.

Whether beginner or experienced trail runner - everyone went home with new impulses, lots of motivation and a smile on their face.

A big thank you to all the participants, to Gabriel and Judith - and to nature for this fantastic weekend!
