Cross-country skiing skill circuit

Classic technique: double-decker kick

The body is tilted forward over the balls of the feet to insert the poles in front of the binding. From this full-body tension, the upper body is bent forward and at the same time a strong impulse is developed on the poles from the bent arms. The arms are fully extended and the lower legs/feet are pushed forward as you push out backwards.
