Cross-country skiing skill circuit
Classic braking technology
A ski is taken out of the parallel track and is braked sideways. On its inside edge, the braking pressure is steadily increased from the inside to the outside until you come to a complete stop. The knees must remain bent throughout and must not be stretched out → better control.
